Our products are fresh, perishable food items that require refrigeration. By purchasing, you acknowledge responsibility for proper handling and storage upon delivery.

🚚 SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS

All orders are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers once the order has been transferred to them.

🔁 RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND TITLE

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

We will review claims related to damaged, incorrect, or compromised orders on a case-by-case basis. If approved, a replacement, store credit, or refund may be issued at our sole discretion.

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include supporting documentation (such as photos and order details).

In certain cases, refunds may be issued without requiring return of the product. In such instances, we do not take title to the refunded item.
