📦 Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised:

- Include your order number and photos
If approved, we may issue a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
- Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
- Carrier delays or delivery issues after shipment
- Packages left unattended
- Requests made after 48 hours
